Becoming a client and charges

Corporate clients

We will be pleased to offer a meeting, at no cost, with a member of our dedicated Corporate Benefits team. This will give you an opportunity to learn more about us and our services, and allow us to get to know your requirements and budget.

Based on our initial meeting, we will prepare a detailed review outlining:

  • your current benefit structure and cost
  • our understanding of your needs and budget
  • the most appropriate solution and cost

If you are happy with our proposed strategy, structure and cost, you will be asked to sign a Client Agreement.

Our Charges

At NW Brown, we believe in making our charges clear and transparent. They are based on the service level that you need and can either be invoiced quarterly or paid by the benefit provider as client agreed remuneration. These options will be fully discussed and agreed with you before we undertake any work.
